From '99 comes this really dope TLC parking lot bootleg from their FanMail tour. The front and back both display the colorful pen and pixel style graphics.
This tee is in great vintage condition. It has a slight fade throughout with some cracking on the print. No rips, holes, tears or stains found on this one.
